Bluetooth Won't reset or connect

I just bought my gpop yesterday and the pair button is not working and will not reset or allow my phone to connect to it, the light simply stays white all the time.

I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem pairing your G-POP. I would be happy to help troubleshoot the issue with you. Most of these pairing issues are a result of swapping Bluetooth sources before terminating the current connection. This sometimes causes G-POP to remain connected or paired to the previous audio device. That said, it sounds like the Bluetooth needs to be reset on your G-POP, as well as on your smartphones, tablet and laptop.

• To clear the Bluetooth memory on G-POP, press and hold the Pairing button for 5 seconds. This will clear all Bluetooth settings on G-POP.

• Next you will want to go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your smartphone and clear / 'forget this device' from the list (and any other devices you may have connected to G-POP previously).

• Now power on G-POP and try searching for Bluetooth compatible devices with your smartphone. After a few seconds it should detect G-POP, at which time you can select G-POP and establish a new connection.
