G-Zip no sound

I have had my G-Zip for about 8 months now and up until recently I have had no problems with it. Out of nowhere it stopped working. No sound comes out of it. The lights come on correctly and my phone syncs with it when it plugs up. I only use it at work to listen to music from my phone. I dont play it with high volume either, I'd get in trouble. Lol. Please help! Thanks

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with your G-ZIP. If it powers on and syncs with your phone then it might be a internal problem or connection. That said, I would be happy to help you with a replacement. If you can send us a direct email so your contact information does not appear her on this public thread I will open a ticket and get the process started.

Hello

I have the exact same problem. I had the G-Zip for two months and it suddenly stopped playing. We tried with many devices and no sound is coming out.
