Charging LED sporadically flashing

Dan Aug 14, 2015 12:14PM PDT

I have a new G-Boom. It works well. But after it's been on for a while the Charging LED sporadically flashes. (I looks like one of those old trouble code scanner for cars).

Is the charger going on and off- even though it's plugged into the wall? Or is something dying inside?

Thanks for your help

Dan

Hi Dan!

Typically the red LED blinking would indicate that the G-BOOM battery level is getting low while running off the battery in portable mode. When connected to a power source, the red LED remains one to indicate that the battery is charging and will turn off when fully charged.

If you are having a problem with your G-BOOM not charging or holding a charge, please send us a direct email (support@gprojectgear.com) I will be happy to open a ticket and review some details to see if we can get it exchanged for you.

The reason I am asking you to send a direct email rather then continuing the process here is that we will need your contact info and we prefer that is not posted here in a public thread.
