G-Grip Aux in does not over-ride blue tooth mode

Tracy King Jul 26, 2015 09:20AM PDT

I prefer to use the G-Grip with an auxiliary cable to save battery life on my devices. My speaker continues to search for a bluetooth device and will not play via auxiliary cable even when the cable is plugged in. If it is paired, the blue light stays on and it continues to play via bluetooth. If it is not paired, the blue light flashes and it will not play via auxiliary cable. I've tried multiple auxiliary cables. Could the auxiliary jack have gone out?

Hi Tracy!

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with your G-GRIP Line-in port. If you can send us a direct email (support@gprojectgear.com) I will be happy to open a ticket and review some details to see if we can get it exchanged for you.

The reason I am asking you to send a direct email rather then continuing the process here is that we will need your contact info and we prefer that is not posted here in a public thread.
