I purchased a G-drop from Target, yesterday, and it is randomly powering off while I am listening to it. My audio source is kept at full volume. Also, while charging, the red light never stops blinking, even after charging all night.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing a problem with your G-DROP. It sounds like it could be a bad circuit board or connection. Because your G-DROP is a recent purchase we have two options, first we recommend the quickest and easiest option, which yes, is an exchange at the store it was purchased.
For the second option, I can open a ticket and have a RA# and shipping instructions emailed to you so you can mail the G-DROP back to us. Once we receive the unit and our techs will review the problem and they will either repair it or send you a replacement. This process takes longer as it involves shipping to and from as well as any repair time if necessary.

Well I purchased my G-Drop from Wal-Mart just about a month ago. Initially it charged OK. But after using it I started to have the same problem the person that bought theirs from Target almost 2 Years ago. So I see nothing has been fixed with the issue over the two years. What was the issue?

I bought my g-drop from target a while ago but my problem just started the other day. I can turn it on and connect Bluetooth and listen to music but, after that none of the buttons work, volume, next song, play/pause, none of them.
