POS. Bluetooth has never worked. Get red light sometimes, charge it for days; does not matter. Get blue light sometimes, also doesn't matter. On-off button - exactly what does that do (sure doesn't turn it on or off, just curious). $100 POS. But to be fair, my curiosity got the better of me & after a dozen or so resets, plug & unplug, make sure I understand basic concepts, etc. - or said another way an hour of utter anger / amazement it'll work with a direct cable. Gonna make a video of this thing being destroyed so I never again waste my time - to get a speaker to, well, speak. Who knew all ya'all were that far ahead of the curve.

I replied to your original email but never heard back from you last month when you sent an email saying you were upset that your G-BOOM was experiencing 'random behavior'. As I stated before, Im not sure you need to throw it away or smash it, and I'm sure we can help you out if given the chance. All of our G-Project speakers have a one year warranty and it sounds like if you only used it one time that it is a recent purchase. That said, if we can not resolve whatever problem you, have we would be happy to replace your current G-BOOM with a new one

If you can send us a direct email I will be happy to open a ticket and see if we can troubleshoot the issue or get it exchanged for you. The reason I am asking you to send a direct email rather then continuing the process here is that we will need your contact info and we prefer that is not posted here in a public thread.
