I think I figured out the problem. The volume on the device was up so when I turned up my phone is made the buzzing. Turning down from the device and operating the volume from my phone works great.

Thanks!

Hi Anburaja

I just replied to your original email prior to seeing your post. I am wondering if perhaps the G-BOOM needs to be reset as well as your Note3. I have included the steps to do so below:

• To clear the Bluetooth memory on G-BOOM, press and hold the Pairing button for 5 seconds. This will clear all Bluetooth settings and G-BOOM should beep twice when complete.

• Next you will want to go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your smartphone and clear / 'forget this device' from the list (and any other devices you may have connected to G-BOOM previously).

• Now power on G-BOOM and try searching for Bluetooth compatible devices with your smartphone. After a few seconds it should detect G-BOOM, at which time you can select G-BOOM and establish a new connection.

If this doesnt work please refer to the email for additional information regarding a replacement.

I just purchased one today from Walmart and have the same static hum with an iphone 5c. It still sounds great but I'm certain the static is slightly degrading the overall sound quality. I plan to exchange the unit tomorrow and see if a different one does the same thing.

Hi Nicholas!

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with your G-BOOM. If you can send us a direct email (support@gprojectgear.com,) I will be happy to open a ticket and review some details to see if we can get it resolved for you.

The reason I am asking you to send a direct email rather then continuing the process here is that we will need your contact information and we prefer that information is not posted here in a public thread.
