no audio

I was listening to music fine via bluetooth, but I received a call and unpaired the devices to take the call. Thereafter there was no audio. It seems that my bluetooth connection is fine and the music timer demonstrates it is playing, but there is no audio from my phone or the g-pop. I have done the unpairing and "forget device" in the order recommended on the other support issues several times with the beeps seeming appropriate, however, without resolution.

Hi Nick!

To help determine the cause, have you tried connecting your G-POP directly to your phone using the Line In connection? Do you hear the audio play ?
