G Boom shuts off

I am having a problem with the G Boom shutting off. I love the G Boom, it plays wonderfully - but it will shut off automatically. It is fully charges and Blue tooth is connected. It will just stop playing - which is frustrating! My husband thinks there is a short in the wires. We have only had it for a year - and mainly use it in the summer months.
Is there a place where he can get G Boom parts, as he believes he can fix it?

Unfortunately we do not sell replacement parts as our speakers are not design to be opened or modified by consumers. However, if you can send us a direct email I believe we should be able to help get your G-BOOM working again. I ask that you send a direct email because we will need you contact info to open a service ticket and we prefer that information is not on a public thread.
