I plugged in my g-project zip today to charge and the red light won't stay on. It just sits around my apartment and hasn't taken any falls or anything. I tried multiple cords and the charge light will turn red for a second or two and then turn off. I'm not sure if it's even getting charged. Is it broken?

Sorry to hear you are having a problem charging your G-ZIP. Can you tell me how long ago you purchased it and from what store? Is this the first time you noticed this charging problem?

Hi i purshase a g grip a week ago at target, and today i tried to charge but ut didnt work. No one light is on. What can i do?

Hi Sandra!

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing a problem with your G-GRIP. Have you tried a different power outlet? or will the G-GRIP accept a charge if you connect it to a computer/laptop using the USB charging cable?

If those two options do not work then there might be a bad connection. Because the G-GRIP is a recent purchase we have two options, first we recommend the quickest and easiest option, which is simply an exchange at the store it was purchased.

For the second option, I can open a ticket and have a RA# and shipping instructions emailed to you so you can mail the defective G-GRIP back to us. Once we receive the unit and our engineers review the problem, they will either repair it or send you a replacement. This process takes longer as it involves shipping to and from as well as any repair time if necessary.

Hi fact is i live in Brasil and was in vacation in Mineapolis and bought it there. Is there any chance you can send it back here? I am so sad i cant do much, otherwise has to become a trash.
I tried another cable, and same cable to laptop r other cable to laptop but nothing happens.

I am sorry to hear that didnt work and more so that you are now in Brasil. Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally... I can only suggest that you hold onto it and the next time you are in the US for an extended period we can try to exchange the unit then.
