Can I ask how long you have had your G-BOOM? and what is the current problem you are having? It maybe something that is under warranty and it could be easier for us to handle the repair or replacement. Please know that it is not recommended for customers to open, repair or modify any of our G-Project speakers, as this would void the warranty and possibly damage the speaker.
