G-drop stuck

I turned off my G-Drop to answer a call on my phone normally and now the red light is lit and it will not power up or do anything. Any ideas on how to reset it?

Hi Matt!

There is no reset button on the G-DROP however you can try pressing and holding the Bluetooth pairing button for ten seconds to reset the speaker.

I have a G-Drop speaker and I can not get it to work. When I press and hold the bluetooth button for over 2 seconds,m it does not go into pair mode.

i have a g-drop speaker and it plays music just fine it is just stuck on about half volume and none of the buttons on it will work
