Love the speaker! I played it the other day until the battery ran out. Now it will not work even when plugged in and the red light will not go out. it's a G-650. I received for Christmas so it should be under warranty still.

I purchased my G-Boom at Walmart on Dec 19th 2014. Worked like a charm until today. Simply turned off, won't charge. What are my options for a replacement?

I bought a G Boom in April 2017. I connect my bluetooth but no sounds come out. My phone responds to the G Boom but no sound comes out. Is this under warranty? Can you give me some help trouble shooting?
