If G-GO has become unresponsive, you may need to reset it. This soft reset is similar to rebooting your computer. To reset, do the following:
Please unplug G-GO from the AC power adapter, remove the batteries from G-GO, and make sure that the power is off
Wait for 10 seconds
Then, plug G-GO into the AC power adapter (and plug it into the wall), properly install batteries in G-GO (if desired), and turn G-GO on
G-GO has now been reset and should act as if it were new. You may need to re-pair with Bluetooth devices.
