Why isn't my audio streaming to G-GO?

If no sound is coming out, please follow these troubleshooting tips:
  • Make sure that your G-GO is within Bluetooth range (~30' or 10m)
  • G-GO can only connect to one device at a time - if it is already connected to another device, such as a smartphone, you need to disconnect it from that device first before connecting it to another device
  • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and make sure that "G-GO by G-Project" is Paired and Connected. If not, then select and connect it.
  • Make sure the power button is on and not blinking (indicating low batteries) or that G-GO is plugged into a wall power outlet
  • Make sure that the volume is turned up
